We have a small patch today that fixes an issue which has caused some players to have duplicated terrains and decreased performance. If you have been affected by this there is a possibility that you will have some visual seams in your terrain. Simply deform the terrain along these seams, or walk in the snow there to make the seams disappear. Previously, these seams would re-appear after reloading the area, but now they will persist correctly. For those of you who have run into the issue of incorrectly having items marked as cheated: We have a planned fix for this, but as it’s a fix that has to be released simultaneously on all platforms as to not break crossplay, it will come in an upcoming patch. We just want to let you know that you can continue to play normally with these items and they will be fixed soon!Regarding lost levels on items:An important message regarding the previous fix to where items on item stands or armour stands would lose their levels and variants. This was due to the updated save format introduced in 1.0, and sadly this data is lost in the conversion and the issue was not found during our testing of this update. This was fixed in Patch 1.0.12, so any world converted from now on will convert correctly. The good news is that there is a workaround if you are affected by this, either:* Revert your world from the backup which was made when you first loaded the new save format. Note: All world progress & changes you have made in the world will be lost with this method.* Or, make a copy of your backup, and enter into the backuped world, then put all your affected on to your character, and go back to your main world and replace the broken items. If you need help with this please feel free to reach out to us in the support channel on Discord.Patch Notes:* Fixed an issue that could cause terrain duplications which resulted in a loss of performance* Increased drop chance for Deep North Armor moulds by making both Jotun Warrior types drop both medium and heavy armor moulds* Writhan spawn rate and areas increased* Items affected by dev commands will no longer be marked for characters which have enabled the dev bypass command and naming has been updated and items can now stack together againDue to some internal restrictions, the patch will require a few days to get uploaded to all platforms. Despite this, however, crossplay will still remain functional, so you can keep playing with your friends regardless of what platform you’re on.
