Competitive Integrity Update – Weapon Exploit FixesWe’ve deployed fixes for multiple high-profile weapon exploits in Apex Legends this week. You may have seen the videos circulating in community spaces earlier this week. These fixes address an exploit that allowed an entire magazine to be fired in a single shot, alongside another that enabled rapid firing and reloading with the Sentinel and C.A.R. SMG beyond their intended functionality.These fixes are part of our broader efforts to protect the integrity of Apex Legends. Alongside addressing exploits, we continue to develop and deploy new anti-cheat detections, strengthen existing systems, and take action against players who undermine fair play. This work is ongoing across multiple fronts, even when individual efforts aren’t always immediately visible.
