Warband!Patch 1.13.0 is now being rolled out on all platforms! The ‘Depths of the Damned’ Free Update is releasing later today, at 14:00 CEST. In the meantime, you can check out the patch notes below to read all about the changes, as well as the content coming with the Free Update, such as the new mission, new weapons, and more!14:00 CEST – Free Update, Depths of the DamnedNew Story Mini-Campaign: Terrors of the DeepThis update comes with a brand new Story Mini-Campaign, a series of three missions with a connected narrative, similar to the ‘Battle for Tertium’ campaign or the ‘No Man’s Land’ mini-campaign. The first two missions will be in ‘Consignment Yard’ and ‘Enclavum Baross’, as the Strike Team sets out to aid noble allies of the Inquisition.The third and final mission will be in ‘Spillway’, a brand new mission releasing with this update. The Strike Team must venture into the depths of the Torrent to aid the Ragged King and investigate the hidden horrors…New Mission: SpillwayDescend to the depths of the Torrent in the new mission: Spillway. How will you defeat him?A terrifyingly powerful Psyker of Nurgle… Are you ready to face the Prophet of Decay?New WeaponsRead all about the new weapon families and marks coming out with Depths of the Damned here!Krourk Mk IIa Cruncher“We’re gonna need a bigger bonk, sah”OverviewAn industrial sledgehammer of immense weight and size, this weapon can only be wielded by equally enormous Ogryns.While each swing is ponderous, it also carries huge stagger, above average cleave potential, and amazing reach.The moveset of the weapon is straightforward, allowing to chain attacks in a pleasing, destructive rhythm.Additionally, if the windup of an Heavy or Special attack is maintained for a longer period of time, the weapon will accumulate up to 4 stacks of +10% Melee Strength for the following attack.This weapon is available to the Ogryn class.Weapon SpecialPressing the Special input initiates a unique windup animation, raising the Cruncher above the Ogryn’s head and giving access to devastating Strikedown attacks.If the Special input is released immediately, the weapon will perform a Light 1 or Light 4 attack (depending on the combo chain); if the input is held, the weapon will release an Heavy Special Strikedown attack.AttacksLight 1: Moderately fast, vertical Strikedown attack with good Impact and Damage.Chains into Light 2 and Heavy 2, or Light 4 and Special 2.Light 2: Moderately fast, diagonal Relentles
