Some changes and new features may be removed entirely or implemented differently by the time the update goes live.Captains!The Anniversary update is on its way, and we’re ready to share some details about its main events!11th Anniversary of World of Warships: Update 15.8 marks 11 years since the game’s launch, and we’re celebrating with a lineup of festive activities, rewards, and free content! As soon as you log in, you’ll notice the new Maritime Parade Port, and after fighting your first battle, you can claim a special gift in the Armory. Festive Rewards, also known as Snowflakes, are also making a comeback, letting you earn Festive Tokens with your Tier V–X ships and Steel with your superships. You’ll be able to exchange these for Supercontainers, enemy destruction effects, or even Japanese super cruiser Kurama in Early Access, among other items.Marlborough B Dockyard: Update 15.8 opens the doors to a new Dockyard where you can construct the Black Friday version of Marlborough—a British battleship with sixteen 356 mm main battery guns with a high rate of fire and heavy salvos, plus good concealment for her tier. Low-Tier Operations: We’re adding three new Operations aimed at lower-tier ships: Trial by Fire, Swarm of Steel, and Beehive. These offer another way to progress through low-tier Tech Tree ships, provide a new way to take your favorite low-tier Premiums for a spin, and help newcomers get to grips with the game mechanics.
